Prime contractor Probuild was hired for the Fragrance Group’s twin hotel and apartment towers project. The two individual towers would be 27 stories and 31 stories and host 488 hotel rooms and 401 apartments respectively. As part of the project, Probuild would design the entire complex.
Probuild contacted us at Lighthouse Engineering to help with the 3D modelling and steel detailing. We agreed and ended up supplying and installing the steel structure and the façade support substructure and the substructure for the glazed canopies at the street level.
