Challenge

Highways and busy roads require digital signage that is visible, secure, and capable of withstanding environmental conditions and vibrations. Traditional gantry construction often leads to traffic disruption, high costs, and frequent maintenance. Meeting strict safety standards for large highways also presents challenges. The structural design was issued by the IFA. Our role was to 3D model, shop detail, manufacture, assemble and deliver to site. Installation was done by IFA. Manufacturing and pre-assembly at Lighthouse Engineering’s Yard required meticulous planning to ensure precision and stability.

Solution
