About the project

Tier-1 contractor DORIC Construction was hired by the Sirona Capital Management group to renovate a 100-year-old building, transforming it into a Quest apartment hotel located in historic Fremantle, WA. These 121 apartments were part of a five-story building. The new building would include a gymnasium and two retail spaces.

Lighthouse Engineering’s solution

DORIC contracted Lighthouse Engineering to do all the steel work for the project. We did the 3D modelling and steel detailing. We also supplied, delivered and installed all the structural steel materials to complete the project. Our work was done with care and consideration for the historical structure around us, integrating our work with the building.
