Challenge
Delivering structural steelwork within an active hospital environment presents challenges that go well beyond a standard construction site. Programme management must account for operational sensitivity, restricted access and the heightened safety requirements of a live healthcare facility. Any disruption to hospital operations was unacceptable, making sequencing, logistics and communication with the project team critical to success.
Solution

Our ISO 45001 certified safety management system was applied in full across every stage of site activity, with method statements and risk assessments tailored to the specific demands of the healthcare environment. Fabrication was completed across our Wangara facilities with full QA documentation provided throughout.
